BSVN — Bank7 Corp.Bank7 Corp. (NASDAQ: BSVN) raised its quarterly dividend to $0.30 per share from $0.27, an increase of 11.11%. Shares traded ex-dividend on Sept. 18, 2026.
The new rate equates to an annualized dividend of $1.20 per share. Based on a share price of $54.15, Bank7’s forward annual yield is 2.19%.
The increase extends the Oklahoma City-based financial-services company’s record to five consecutive years of dividend growth. Bank7 is the holding company for Bank7, its wholly owned banking subsidiary, according to its latest quarterly filing. The bank operates in markets where management has emphasized commercial banking relationships and a closely managed balance sheet.
Management linked the higher distribution to the consistency and growth of the company’s earnings. President and Chief Executive Thomas L. Travis said the increase reflected the strength of Bank7’s earnings over time, according to the company’s dividend announcement.
Recent operating commentary also pointed to the financial footing behind the board’s decision. In reporting second-quarter results, Bank7 highlighted strong capital, robust liquidity, a solid net interest margin and favorable credit quality, while noting that reported results included a nonrecurring loss related to the sale of energy assets. Bank7’s second-quarter earnings release provides that context.
The company’s quarterly regulatory filing said both the parent and bank met applicable capital-adequacy requirements and that Bank7 was categorized as well capitalized under the regulatory framework for prompt corrective action. It also said capital conservation buffers were sufficient to avoid restrictions on distributions, including dividends. Those disclosures provide context for the board’s willingness to return more cash, though future dividends remain subject to board approval and business conditions. The filing is available through the SEC.
Bank7 is also pursuing expansion into New Mexico through its planned acquisition of Century Financial Services Corp., a transaction that would broaden its Southwest franchise, according to the company’s acquisition announcement.
What it means for income investors
The higher rate adds $0.03 per share to each quarterly distribution and $0.12 on an annualized basis. At the stated share price, the forward yield is 2.19%; that yield will fluctuate as the stock price changes. Bank7 carries a dividend-safety score of 81 out of 100, corresponding to an A grade.
