INGM — Ingram Micro Holding Corporation
Ingram Micro Holding Corporation increased its quarterly dividend to $0.086 per share from $0.084, a 2.38% rise. Shares traded ex-dividend on Aug. 11, 2026.
The new rate implies an annual dividend of $0.34 per share and a forward yield of 1.24% based on a share price of $29.02. Ingram Micro, which trades under the ticker INGM, has a market capitalization of approximately $6.69 billion.
The increase continues a pattern of sequential quarterly raises, but the company does not yet have a full-year dividend-growth streak under the methodology used here. Ingram Micro’s annual report says its board has increased the payout each quarter since initiating quarterly cash dividends. The filing also cautions that future declarations remain subject to board discretion, available capital, business conditions, cash requirements and restrictions associated with the company’s debt arrangements. Business context

The dividend announcement accompanied second-quarter results in which net sales rose 13.6% from a year earlier to $14.5 billion, while net income increased to $110.9 million. Management attributed the performance to healthy demand, a diversified portfolio and operating discipline, while identifying artificial intelligence as an expanding opportunity. The company also said its sales mix continued shifting toward lower-margin AI infrastructure products. Ingram Micro second-quarter 2026 results
What it means for income investors
The increase provides shareholders with a modestly higher quarterly cash payment, while the 1.24% forward yield places the stock in a lower-yielding segment of the dividend market. With no completed annual growth streak recorded, the event is better viewed as another sequential increase than evidence of a long-established dividend-growth record. Future payments remain dependent on board approval and the company’s financial and capital requirements.
